ORCA Outdoor Detailing is a locally owned and family-run business founded by two brothers. ORCA Outdoor Detailing seeks to simplify and modernise the home service industry with efficient quoting and scheduling processes, transparent pricing models, and top-notch customer service. Our range of products and capabilities are continually expanding, along with our network of well-experienced, highly-capable and trusted team members. How do I add the ORCA App to my iPhone home screen?
What locations do you service?
Ipswich, Brisbane, Logan and surrounding areas. We also service greater areas, but please note an extended travel fee may apply.
Do you provide estimates/quotes digitally or in-person?
We can provide estimates digitally in most cases using information provided by the client such as job requirements, address, photos etc. In cases where we can’t provide estimates via email or over the phone, we will provide an in-person quote (at no extra charge).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept EFTPOS, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ORCA Pay, Bank transfer, cryptocurrency and cash.
What is 'ORCA Pay?'
ORCA Pay is our payment plan option which provides our clients with the ability to split payments into fortnightly instalments over eight weeks. We also offer extended payment plans for larger projects – please contact us for more information.

What is the difference between 'soft' and 'pressure' washing?
Soft washing refers to the use of industry-standard chemicals and soaps in conjunction with a lower water pressure/PSI. Soft washing is suitable for more delicate surfaces to ensure no damage occurs from the use of high pressure. Pressure washing refers to the use of high pressure alone, without the use of chemicals. In most instances we utilise a combination of both techniques to ensure the job is completed safely and correctly.
How do I prepare my home before your arrival?
For soft & pressure washing services, please ensure the property is adequately sealed, all windows are shut and there is no broken or exposed electrical components. Please ensure all pets and other animals maintain a safe distance whilst we are conducting services such as high-pressure cleaning, yard maintenance, or whilst working at heights from ladders.
What areas of my home can you clean (soft/pressure washing)?
We clean a diverse range of surfaces around your home including driveways/walkways, pool areas, outdoor living areas, rooves, and even your house itself. We can clean most surface types including brick, cement, tiles and more.
Will I notice an increase in my water bill (soft/pressure washing)?
We pride ourselves on our efficiency and ability to use only the required amount of water. Our calculations suggest (using standard QLD water rates), that to run our machine for an hour straight would equate to $2.25 worth of water. In most cases, we are only operating the machine for an average of 0.5-2hrs per job, meaning the water cost is very low. Please note this is an estimate only, and water cost may vary.
